We are a computational omics lab focused on developing innovative algorithms and tools for the integration and analysis of large-scale multi-omics data. Our research centers on unraveling the molecular mechanisms of complex neurological disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease, by applying advanced computational approaches. Through the integration of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and other omics data, we aim to generate novel biological insights that advance our understanding of disease pathogenesis and support translational research efforts.
